For businesses that sell on credit
A pharmacy can record a customer’s unpaid balance and later payment. A shop can track customer debts alongside stock. A small restaurant can keep a regular customer’s tab and record payments against it. Deynbook works for other small businesses with the same need: knowing who owes what.
These are debt-recording tools, not specialist pharmacy, restaurant POS or clinical systems.
Customers and their balances
Keep each customer’s name, phone number and guarantor details with their debts and payments. The Customers list is organized A–Z. Open a customer to review their transaction history, paid amount and remaining balance.
Money you owe suppliers
Use the Shirkadaha directory to record supplier debts and the payments you make. The overview separates what customers owe you from what you owe suppliers.
Keep recording offline
On Android, once signed in, record changes without a connection and synchronize later. The web app requires internet to read and save records; it does not queue offline saves.
Stock and movement history
Record inventory items, stock movements, cost and selling prices. Review movement history and low-stock alerts separately from your debt ledger.
Reports and reminders
Export reports for the period you choose. Enable daily summaries or overdue-debt reminders in Settings, and allow notifications on your phone to receive them.
