Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Deynbook app and website. By using Deynbook, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the app for a business, you must be authorized to act for that business. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet any age requirements that apply where you live.

Deynbook helps you record debts, payments, customers, suppliers and business information. It is a recordkeeping tool. It does not lend money, hold funds, process repayments, collect debts on your behalf or verify that a debt is legally enforceable. Reports and balances reflect the information entered; they are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and secure devices that hold your records. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Google sign-in and other third-party services are also subject to their providers' terms.

You retain ownership of the records you enter. You give Deynbook permission to store, process, synchronize and display them as needed to operate the service and provide features you request. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having permission or another lawful basis to record other people's information. Review amounts, contact details and reports before relying on or sharing them. Editing or deleting an entry can change balances and historical reports.

Records can be saved locally while offline. Cloud synchronization requires connectivity and may be delayed or fail. Changes made on multiple devices can conflict, and a later synchronized change may replace an earlier value. Check synchronization status and retain exports or other copies of important records. Unsynchronized information may be lost if a device is lost, app storage is cleared or you choose to sign out without uploading pending changes.

Do not use Deynbook for unlawful activity, fraudulent records, harassment or unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Do not attempt to access another account, bypass security controls, disrupt the service or distribute malicious software. Do not use reminders to threaten, deceive or spam recipients.

Features may change as Deynbook develops. Updates, maintenance, connectivity problems or provider outages may interrupt service. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free calculations. Any future paid offering will state its price and applicable payment terms before you choose to purchase it.

You can stop using Deynbook at any time. For account deletion, contact support@deynbook.app; uninstalling alone does not remove cloud records. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, legal requirements or violations of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us about it. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Deynbook is provided as available without guarantees that it will meet every business requirement. You remain responsible for checking records and maintaining appropriate backups. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate.
