Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Deynbook handles information when you use our debt-recording app and website. Deynbook helps you record customer and supplier balances, payments and business details. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@deynbook.app.

• Account information: your email address and authentication information. When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture.
• Business and ledger information: the business details, customer and supplier names, phone numbers, debts, payments, notes and dates that you enter.
• Preferences and device storage: login sessions, reminder preferences and locally saved records needed for the app to work offline.
• Support and technical information: information you send us and connection or operational logs processed by our hosting providers, such as IP addresses, request times and errors.

Google sign-in is used to identify you, create or access your Deynbook account and maintain your login session through Supabase Auth. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google contacts. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. You can remove Deynbook's access through your Google Account connections. Removing access does not by itself delete your Deynbook account or ledger records.

We use information to operate your account, display and calculate ledger balances, synchronize records across your devices, generate reports you request, provide reminders you enable, respond to support requests and protect the service against misuse. We do not sell your personal information or use your ledger records for targeted advertising.

Deynbook saves ledger information on your device so it can work offline. When connected and signed in, the app synchronizes records with Supabase, which provides authentication and cloud database services. Cloudflare hosts or delivers our website and app downloads. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in. These providers process information needed to provide their services and may process it outside your country. Access controls are designed to restrict cloud records to the account that owns them; no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Your records are not publicly listed. Service providers process information to operate Deynbook. If you export a report or choose to send a reminder using another app, the information you share is handled by the recipient and that app. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect people and the service. Only enter and share information about customers and suppliers when you are authorized to do so.

We retain account and ledger information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain synchronization and address security or legal obligations. Deleting a ledger item in the app marks it as deleted for synchronization; this is not necessarily immediate permanent erasure from cloud storage or backups. Uninstalling the app does not delete your cloud account. To request account deletion and removal of associated cloud records, email support@deynbook.app from your account email. We may verify ownership before acting. Backup copies and records required for legal or security reasons may remain for a limited period after removal from active systems.

You can edit your records and business information, export reports and control reminders in the app or your device settings. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to ask about other rights available under your local law. If a business has entered information about you in its ledger, contact that business or contact us for help identifying the appropriate route. Our website does not require an account to read these pages. The app uses local storage to retain your session and offline records.

Deynbook is intended for people managing business records, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
